Chocolate Mug Cake

Step 1

In a bowl, cream together butter and granulated sweetener.

Step 2

Add baking powder, chocolate powder, ground almonds, MCTprocal and mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Step 3

Add egg and water, mix well to form a cake mixture

Step 4

Add K.Yo and stir into mixture until combined.

Step 5

Grease 2 small mugs (that hold approximately 100ml fluid) with cake tin release spray or spray oil. Divide the mixture equally between the two mugs.

Step 6

Cook in the microwave on a high heat for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Step 7

Allow to cool before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Add berries or cream 

Add 2-3 drops of orange essence to the mixture before cook for a chocolate orange flavour
