Vegan Mushroom Soup

Step 1

Place a thick bottom pan on a medium heat melt Naturu vegan block.  

Step 2

Add garlic puree, chopped mushrooms, spring onions Shiitake dried mushrooms, sauté for two to three minutes.  

Step 3

Pour in the water and the K.Quik into the pan simmer for 20 minutes.  

Step 4

Using a handheld blender, blend until smooth add salt and pepper if needed.

Step 5

Serve in a bowl.
